What the lights mean
The LED ring on your Enua Charge shows its current status. This guide applies to charger software version 3.3.20 or newer.
Everyday use
| Light | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Solid white | Standby. |
| Rotating white | Charging in progress. |
| Solid white | Finished. |
| Pulsating white | Wallmount lock is open. |
| Solid red | Error during charging — check your Enua app or enua.cloud. |
Facility / authorisation
| Light | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Solid yellow | Waiting for authorisation after connecting the charging cable (charging tag / CPO). |
| Pulsating blue | Checking authorisation. |
| Green | Authorisation approved. |
| Blinking red | Authorisation denied. |
Starting up / update
| Light | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Solid blue | Charger starting up. |
| Purple animation | Software update. |
Installation — after mounting a Charge on a Wallmount
| Light | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Solid red | Wallmount is not configured. |
| Blinking yellow | No permission to use Wallmount / charging station not connected to this charging system. |
