Registration and account

Where can I add an Enua registration code I've received?

If this is your first Enua product, tap the large + symbol on the main page of the Enua app and enter your 6-character code. If you already have an Enua product in the app and want to add more, tap the down-arrow at the top, choose Register new product, and enter the 6-character code.

After logging back into the app, none of my products are visible.

Confirm you're signed in with the same account you used before. Log out, close the app completely, then log back in. If your products are still missing, contact Support (08:00–16:00 on weekdays).

How can I share access with other people?

In the Enua app: Settings → Sharing & Access → Share Chargers or Share Facilities. On enua.cloud: open the facility you want to share, click Access, then + Add user. To share a single charging station, select it under Overview → Access → + Add user.

I want to transfer my charging station and/or facility to someone else.

Via enua.cloud: open the facility → Access tab → + Add User → enter the person's email, assign the Admin role, and send → then remove your own access with the red trash icon.

Via the Enua app: Settings → My Products → Delete Ownership → select the products. When you remove all products from a facility you'll receive a new registration code to give to the new owner.

Connectivity

I connected a new charging station to a Wallmount I manage, but it lights yellow and I can't charge.

You need to link the station to your account.

Via the app: leave the station connected and open the app; when prompted, confirm that the station should be linked to your account. The station restarts and becomes ready to use.

Via enua.cloud: go to your facility → Charging Stations → press Authorize on the relevant station.

How do I connect the charging station to my Wi-Fi network?

On the app's main page, tap the signal icon (top left), choose Configure Wi-Fi, and follow the on-screen instructions. 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is supported.

The charging station shows as offline in the app or on enua.cloud, but the light is white.

The charger has lost its connection to our servers. Check mobile coverage (it can be weak in parking garages — consider Wi-Fi), verify your Wi-Fi network is working, or restart the charger by switching the power off and on at the circuit breaker.

Charging tags (RFID / NFC)

How do I create a charging tag (RFID / NFC tag)?

In the Enua app: Settings → Sharing and Access → My Charging Tags → Register Tag.

Where do I scan my charging tag?

Hold the tag over the Enua logo on the front of the charging station.

What types of charging tags work with Enua charging stations?

Most NFC and RFID tags work — add the tag you want and test it; if the charger beeps, it works. For guaranteed compatibility, use Enua's own charging tags.

Charging power

I'm not getting the charging power I want.

This can have several causes:

  • Power is limited to prevent overload on the installation or circuit breakers.
  • Power has been reduced in the Enua app.
  • The car cannot accept higher power.
  • With multiple chargers on the same circuit, power may be reduced when several vehicles charge at once (active load balancing).

If you still have questions about charging speed, contact Enua Support (08:00–16:00 on weekdays).

Physical and maintenance

I can't unlock the charging station to remove it from the Wallmount.

Press the station firmly into place and check around it for obstructions. In the app or on enua.cloud, open the station, tap Unlock, wait for the white pulse, then pull it straight out. If that fails: on enua.cloud open the station's Control page → LockCalibrate (wait 20 seconds) → Unlock, then try again. Contact Support if it still won't release.

The charging station shows solid red.

The station has detected a problem. Check the error code on the app's main page or on the station's log page on enua.cloud. Unplug the cable from both the car and the station and wait 30 seconds (or until the lights turn white again). If it persists, restart the charger at the circuit breaker, wait 30 seconds, and power back on. If the light stays red, contact Enua Support.

Services and pricing

How much does 4G connectivity cost?

4G is included for 5 years (Enua Charge) or 3 years (Enua Charge E) at purchase. After that, you can extend it for a fee — see the pricing page for current rates.

What is Autocharge and what does it cost?

Autocharge lets the charger recognise your car automatically, without the app or a charging tag. It's an optional add-on with a one-time fee per charger.

What happens if I don't pay to extend 4G?

Local charging keeps working. Cloud services, app control, and remote updates require an active connection — either 4G or Wi-Fi.

Can I use Wi-Fi instead of 4G?

Yes. 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is supported as an alternative connection for cloud services and app control.

Will there be new features over time?

Yes. Enua updates the software regularly. Some new features are included; others may be offered as paid add-ons per the pricing page.
