Installer app
For electricians. The Enua Installer app is used during installation to program the Enua Wallmount, link it to the customer (or a Charge Point Operator), and configure options such as Wi-Fi and load balancing. You need a smartphone with internet and a registered Enua account.
When you use it
After one or more Enua Wallmounts are physically installed and wired, they must be programmed. The Installer app walks you through the steps below and uploads the configuration to the Enua cloud.
Configuration steps
- Main circuit breaker — the main breaker for the distribution board.
- Charging circuit — the maximum load on the circuit feeding the Wallmount(s). You can add more charging circuits later; start with the first.
- Customer's address — street address, post code, and postal address.
- Charge Point Operator (optional) — if a known operator will control the facility, select it here. See Register as a Charge Point Operator.
- Customer's email (optional) — if there is no CPO, enter the customer's email (double-check it is correct).
- Configure Wi-Fi (optional, recommended) — enter the network name and password carefully. In basements and areas with poor reception, Wi-Fi is required for the charging station to connect.
- Load Balancing Unit (optional) — if a compatible energy meter is or will be installed, select it here; its setup follows in a later step.
- Scan Wallmount — scan the NFC tag behind the Enua logo, or enter the Wallmount serial number manually.
- Values for Wallmount — set a per-Wallmount ampere limit if needed (default 32 A). Automatic load balancing keeps the total current of all charging stations in the same row within the charging-circuit limit.
- Add more Wallmounts — scan any further Wallmounts on the same circuit.
- Summary — review the installation and entered values, add any further circuits from the same distribution cabinet, then press Confirm and upload.
After uploading, the electrician receives an email summary, and the customer receives the registration code used to add the products in the Enua app. If a dynamic load balancer was selected, its configuration begins immediately after upload.
Note
When a charger is connected to the Wallmount, it automatically connects to the selected Charge Point Operator. The device ID is the Wallmount serial number, which must be added to the CPO's system. The installer receives an email with the identification numbers and parking-spot names.
Support
For help, use the Support tab in the Enua Installer app, visit enua.io/support, or contact your dealer — have the product's serial number ready.
